Core Curriculum is a prerequisite to NCCER craft level 1 completions. The Core Curriculum has nine integral modules for building foundation skills in construction, it also provides the tools necessary for achieving workplace safety and success. Course Topics: Basic Safety, Introduction to Construction Math, Introduction to Hand & Power Tools, Introduction to Construction Drawings, Introduction to Basic Rigging, Basic Communications Skills, Basic Employability Skills, and Introduction to Materials Handling.
