Prerequisite: English or Spanish Math test, OR Applied Construction Math class or ESL class. All testing must be completed no later than Friday August 16, 2024. NOTE: If the Math test is taken in Spanish, student must take an ESL test as well. Course topics are Core: Build Your Future in Construction, Orientation to the Pipefitting Craft; Basic Safety (Construction Site Safety Orientation); Ladders and Scaffolds; Introduction to Hand tools; Pipefitting Hand Tools; Introduction to Power Tools; and Pipefitting Power Tools and Introduction to Construction Math.
