Designed specifically for those who are occupationally required to have first aid and CPR knowledge and skills using real-life scenario videos, and easy-to-understand course content. This course includes skills practice and assessment and includes a 2-year certification. Course topics include: Preparing to respond; Sudden Cardiac Arrest and CPR; AED operation; Choking; Patient assessment; Soft tissue, muscle, and bone injuries; and Common first aid situations like bites and stings, heat and cold emergencies, burns, and more.

The OSHA Ten-Hour Course is the minimum standard for basic safety training recommended by OSHA. The course topics include: Introduction to OSHA; OSHA Focus Four Hazards – Fall Protection, Electrical, Struck By, Caught In/Between; Personal Protective and Life Saving Equipment; Health Hazards in Construction – noise, hazard communication and silica; Excavations; Stairways and Ladders; Cranes, Derricks, Hoists, Elevators, and Conveyors.
